A fab Arthur Salm for Germetco, Sweden, vintage serving tray. Circa vintage 1960s, this is in its original retro box. I believe Arthur Salm had a 50% share in Germetco, so this tray would have been his design and made for this company (some Arthur Salm pieces are made elsewhere).

It's model number #511 'Rectangular Dish'. Quality 18-8 stainless steel, stamped with the 'A/S' logo to the base. Decent sized serving dish, big and deep enough to be useful for serving nibbles for a party or vegetables for a family dinner. A quality Swedish design, simple and classy, with straight flat serving handles to to each end.

Tray is a good sized 37cm x 22.5cm x 2cm. Shiny metal, in good condition. Metal does have some signs of use and age with some scratches. Box is very tatty, and not really functional, but a rare find and I love an original box with retro graphics!!
