A lovely Wedgwood Sheringham one-disc candle holder. Circa 1970s vintage. Designed for Wedgwood Glass by Ronald Stennett-Willson, pattern number RSW13/1. The British quality glass is Topaz colour (a peachy amber or salmon-pink tone colour). It has one central ribbed disc - there are lots to collect. Designed to hold either a tealight candle or pillar candle - tealight candle included.
There is a feint sand blasted “WEDGWOOD ENGLAND” logo to the middle of the base. Very good vintage condition. No chips or cracks - all I can see is one tiny fleabite underneath the base (shown) and a couple of fine small marks if you look very closely. It looks very good. 9.5cm tall x 7.5cm wide at base.
