A fabulous mid century pewter pendant on its original vintage necklace. The chunky cast pewter pendant was designed by Swedish silversmith company Ateljé Stigbert and made at the workshop of Rune Tennesmed. The two companies collaborated in the late 1960s and produced each others designs for a short time.... so made at Tennesmed for Stigbert, Sweden.
The retro pendant is an irregular shape with jigsaw-like shapes on the surface of the landscape-like textured lower areas, very brutalist in styling. A good-sized 56 x 40 x 7mm pendant - a nice wearable and statement size. It's stamped to the back with 'Stigbert, Sweden'. Original retro chunky steel chain is around 24", it is long with a hook closure, or slip-on. Weighs 42 grams total.
Very good condition for the age. Being pewter it is a natural dull grey silver colouring with not much shine. 
A great Scandi necklace, perfect as a gift for a mid century or Brutalist jewellery lover.
