A stunning petite art glass dish with very precise controlled bubbles. From Murano (Italy) and likely from one of the following glass masters: Galliano Ferro, Archimede Seguso, Venini (Carlo Scarpa) or Ferro Italarts. Circa 1960s to 1970s mid century vintage.
It is rich ruby red colour. The internal bubbles are very precise and are very skillfully executed - the work of an artist. Typical mid century Murano Glass small ashtray shape and style, though probably too small to use - just 7.2 x 7.2 x 2.7cm. Flat polished base.
Very good condition with no noticeable flaws. A beautiful small vintage curiosity, a small statement and conversation piece, a gem, and artisan masterpiece!
