A studio pottery owl figurine money box by Keith Hall, Llandaff Pottery, Wales, and circa 1970-1980s vintage. I can't find any further information on Keith Hall to know an exact era.
He's handmade, unique and signed - he has both the maker's KH stamp and is incised 'Llandaff'. Very much in a 1970s Studio style - simple lines and unglazed areas. He's a beautifully simple unused money box (he's empty with no way of opening). Unglazed biscuit-coloured areas; eyes and wings are glossy brown/black and neatly glazed. Little pointy beak to the centre. Cut out round eyes and slot for money to the top. 
A mid sized 12.5cm tall x 7.5cm wide at his fattest point. Great condition, see photos. Nicely made example.
Perfect gift idea - this is more ornamental and sculptural than for use.
