A lovely 'fat lava' era large vase by Jasba Keramik, West Germany. Apx 1960s-1980s vintage.
Satin white glaze with contrasting patterns - the upper is ornate and geometric (almost Greek or Classical urn style) and the lower park is subtly textured like bark (1960s moon-landing style). Nice mid century styling. All white (not bright white like paper, more a natural stone white). Stamped on base with Jasba logo and '1562-30'. The 30 denotes 30cm tall (1562 is the pattern/design). 30cm x 12cm widest x 8.5cm wide rim. A good larger size, suitable for dozens of taller statement stems.
It's in great condition, it looks new and contemporary!
