A beautiful vintage art glass shallow dish or ashtray or candle holder - Riite designed by Timo Sarpaneva in the mid 1960s. These came in various sizes, this is a mid-sized 14cm or 5.5". It's very similar to the Visa design and comes from the same time, but the rim is wider and flatter. Ice textured base with smooth upper, internally its flat and round - perfectly suited as a candle holder for a pillar candle. Bright clear crystal content glass.
Excellent condition with no chips or marks - a couple of natural bubbles. Roughly 14cm x 3cm. Internally 10.5cm wide.
