A super stylised 'Walter Bosse' style vintage giraffe figurine. It's unsigned with no maker's marks. 
This was designed originally by Walter Bosse in the 1950s; this is a later brass copy of Bosse's design and probably 1960s-1970s. Walter Bosse (and his partner Herta Baller) were famous for their small quirky stylised cast metal animals. He's modernist, minimalist and retro in style.
This is solid cast brass metal with darker lightly textured areas. Very good condition for age with deliberate patina and natural ageing - some shinier and darker areas. A taller version of these designs - 16.3cm tall x 12.5cm long x 4cm deep (apx).
