A striking retro art glass ornamental 'brandy glass' with an alien-like funky bobble or pimpled pattern. Made in Empoli, Italy, and dating from the hippy psychedelic era of the late 1960s to early 1970s.
It's a bottle green colour at the foot and stem, and a more vibrant lime green upper with is internally cased in white making it non transparent. Moulded dimple and circle 3D random patterns. It would have been handmade - mouth blown into a mould.  
Very good condition. The rim line is imperfect and wobbly from time of manufacture. 19.5cm tall x 8.5cm wide rim x 13cm widest. Would hold a dozens of shorter stems if used as a vase. 
A bit kitsch in style, and perfect for retro green 70s-inspired home decor.
