A fab and unusual teal colour Empoli ornamental art glass bottle. Vintage, circa 1970s, from Empoli, Italy. 
Similar to pieces by Wayne Husted from Blenko Glass at Stelvia, but I can't find confirmation on the designer/maker for you. It has been mouth blown into a mould and the relief image is two slightly different simple flower and leaf motifs, repeated. The square shaped bottle has a rounded neck and rim and foot/base. The teal colour is a striking dark peacock or petrol blue.
Very good condition with no chips. Some ripples and natural bubbles to the glass, and moulding lines from being formed. Bottle is 36cm tall x 9.5cm base, 6.5cm wide sides. 
It's a retro statement, perfect for a mid-century modern teak sideboard and for an Empoli collection... displays very well and is super splash of colour.
