A lovely vintage boxed 1970s-1990s pendant and necklace. The abstract flower pewter pendant is by Ceard, and was made in Scotland (signed to the reverse). 
This particular design is 'Inverewe' - it has a top half of spiky layers of flowers or leaves, and a lower part with stems with leaves/grasses. All simplified and artisan, forming a Brutalist openwork random cluster within a smooth contrasting frame. Inverewe is a an amazing garden estate in the West Highlands of Scotland.
It's unisex and of a good noticeable size - suitable gift for all, from Scots to surfers to hippie-chicks. The good-sized pendant is 68 x 26mm and relatively flat. The fine steel chain is 24" long - so it sits at the chest. It has a spring ring, but is slip on too.
Excellent condition, probably unworn. A striking and funky unisex vintage necklace - perfect gift idea for him or her!
