A boxed 1972 early version of the iconic 'Master Mind' - a 'break the hidden code' colour combination finding game for all kids (big kids too!). A 'game of cunning and logic for two people'.
Produced by Vic-Toy, this is one of the older original versions. It is complete and looks to be virtually unused (there are 12 of each of the six coloured code pegs and more than enough of the small black and white keys pegs). There's a grey de-coding board with the grey shield and the bag of pegs. The instruction leaflet is still attached to the inner lid.
It was awarded game of the year (probably 1972) and this box has the 'Design Centre' logo on it too.
All really good.. the original box is very good considering it is over 50 years old. A nice playable true-vintage version of this collectable 'battle of wits' game.
