A beautiful vintage Modernist style brooch. It is fully hallmarked to the reverse with a maker's name 'T.LM' or 'J.LM' then the anchor and lion for Birmingham Sterling 925 silver, then a 'V' for 1970.  
It's simple Modernist and 70s retro in style, with two simple curved leaf shapes, one smooth and one textured with tiny spirals, and a loop weaving around it. It loops and curves with varying widths and layers - all beautifully formed, linked together and balanced. Like an abstract leaf or flower design.
Good vintage condition, I'll polish it up more. Petite but with some weight, 42 x 17mm. Weighs 5g.
