A stunning large art glass vase with a linear ice-like pattern and a bobble textured middle with lovely cloud-like rim. By Tapio Wirkkala for Iittala, Finland.  It's 1980s - the Pallas design was produced by iittala from 1985 to 1995. 
It is a large vase, 20cm (8") tall x 13.5cm wide and 12.5cm deep. No signature/stamp to the base. The rim is polished flat, nicely finished. A chunky 1.45kg.
Very good condition with no chips. The tiniest tiny fleabite on the inner rim. A good-sized statement collectable vintage piece. Clean and bright clear glass, undoubtedly with a good crystal content and probably unused. Looks stunning in the sun and on display. High quality Scandinavian vase in a hard to find design.
