A funky vintage art vase by SylvaC, England, from the Oslo range of textured ceramics. Model no 3732, 1960s to 1970s vintage.
It's a cylinder vase, on a foot, with a series of retro geometric relief patterns, like Portmeirion's Totem. The glaze is thick pale blue/grey colour which looks a bit greeny in some lights (more stormy sky rather than baby blue). A nice useful sized 20.5cm high x 8.5cm wide cylinder. Stamped on the base, though very hard to make out. 
Very good displayable and collectable condition. No obvious crazing or cracks or chips, though I wouldn't use it to hold water being vintage. A few tiny burst bubbles to the thick glossy glaze. Baseline shows some ageing. Please see all photos.
