A lovely vacuum jug or coffee pot by Erik Magnussen for Stelton. Stelton says "The story behind the iconic EM77 vacuum jugs and its creation is that Stelton wanted a vacuum jug that suited the Cylinda-line series which Arne Jacobsen had designed 10 years before. Erik Magnussen was tasked with this and designed a vacuum jug that had the same cylindrical shape and material expression as the celebrated Cylinda line. EM77 was designed by Erik Magnussen in 1977, and since then, the vacuum jug for coffee or tea has been made in Denmark in more than 100 different colours. The vacuum jug is a genuine Danish design icon, found in the studios of architects and in private homes all over the world." This is probably a newer version, maybe 1990s-2000s. It has its famous rocker pouring lid - it's not a sealed thermos flask, more a designer coffee jug or pitcher. Vacuum flask with glass inner. Should keep hot drinks hot for some time, perfect for an office desk or boardroom. The colour is a shiny highly-reflective stainless steel with black trim, hard plastic. It's the 0.5 litre version of the design. 20.5cm high x 10cm round. Good shiny pre-loved condition. There are a few small patches of scratches to the steel and some marks around the black spout and rim, see photos. Overall a good example, great for use. Free P&P to the UK.
