A tree-inspired vintage vase by Dartmouth Pottery, England. Circa 1960s to 1970s... It's a curved bent tree branch forming two varied height cylinders for your flowers. The ceramic sculpture is glazed a deep reddy maroon. The footed shape is model number 290, and I can't find another like it (it has Sylvac vibes).
The tallest tube is 20.5cm tall, and the other 16.5cm tall. The cylinder vases are about 4cm wide. It extends to 16cm wide x 7.5cm wide at the foot. Stamped on the base with 'Dartmouth 290 England'. Very good with just a tiny mark to the shorter rim, may have natural glazing flaws. No crazing, unusually. A lovely collectable and useable example, and hard to find.
