Beautiful original complete set of Pyrex JAJ (James A Jobling) Carnival design round mixing bowls. The design dates design from 1961 and was made until 1968, made in England. This is version two of the Carnival design - with the spring yellow, deep coral and duck egg blue. The set is collectively known as no 751 'Mixing Bowl Set'. The three sizes of bowl sit neatly together in a nest, and they have a wider end to hold and narrower end, for pouring. They're hardwearing opal glass.
#751 mixing bowls, set of three = 1 pint, 1.75 pint, 2.5 pint capacities (to the rim).
Largest bowl: Apx 10cm tall, 27cm long, 22cm diameter.
Middle bowl: Apx 9cm tall, 23.5cm long, 19cm diameter.
Smallest bowl: Apx 8cm tall, 19cm long, 15cm diameter.
Very good condition with no chips. Clean and bright white internally with minimal marks, very good vivid prints. The duck egg largest bowl has some wear under the wider end, see pics, and a couple of teeny external marks. All stamped to their bases with the JAJ crown logos with 'Made in England'. They're an original complete matching set that have always been together in lovely collectable condition... better than most!
