A fab pair of mid century sterling silver cufflinks by Poul Warmind, Denmark. Stamped to the side of the posts with 'Warmind Sterling Denmark' and to the other sides with a London import mark, 925, and P for 1970. They're model number 550.
All very much in a Modernist/Brutalist style with a rough dark textured panel and angular irregular crumpled facets. Each 3D round shape is 21mm wide and about 11mm deep up to a point - a good chunky size and a talking point.
Great for the age, both have a straight hallmarked stem/post and a polished free-moving oval back toggle; both toggle freely. They weigh a good 22.7 grams.
