A fab handmade modernist eye-shaped brooch, by Peak, England. Circa 1960s or 1970s vintage. 18/8 quality stainless steel with an abalone shell to the centre.
It's modernist and retro in style, the lightly concave oval shape has hand engraved random lines going out from the centre. The surface is shiny steel with a large round flat abalone shell to the centre (pearly pink/blue shell tones). 
A good statement noticeable size, 51 x 38cm. Roll-over pin to the reverse works well. Very good condition. Can be worn any way round. Perfect retro statement gift idea!
