A lovely pair of vintage (1970s or 1980s) Finnish glass candle holders by Iittala, Finland. Designed by Timo Sarpaneva and from the Arkipelago series. 
High quality moulded mouth blown crystal-content glass. Straight hourglass shape with narrow waistlines. Bright clear solid glass candlesticks suitable for a standard tapered dinner candle (openings are 2cm). Visible deliberate seams, bubbles, folds and trailed lines/ripples from manufacture - part of the appeal of the design. They're all different and unique. These two have part old iittala labels to the rim - older originals.
Both very good condition. 14cm tall x 5cm max width at rim and base. Perfect for a mid-century mantelpiece or contemporary home!
