A stylish Modernist versatile hot water pot designed by Robert Welch, Des. RCA., FSIA, for Old Hall (Sheffield, England). 
Part of the iconic Alveston range from 1964, these were in production from 1964 to 1984(ish). The Alveston range won a Design Centre Award in 1965, and is now much sought after. The 'Aladdin' set consists of the Alveston teapot, hot water or coffee pot, milk jug and sugar bowl - this hot water pot doubles up as smaller teapot or coffee pot.
Tea/coffee pot or hot water pot - 10.5cm diameter x 12.5cm tall. Roughly 1 1/4 pint or 70cl... perfect smaller size for tea for two.
High quality vintage item in a satin 18/8 stainless steel. Made in England by Old Hall, stamped with the Old Hall Robert Welch logo. Filter holes inside the spout - so it can be used with teabags etc. Care tips: These clean up beautifully in the dishwasher, just catch the drips and buff dry while they're steaming hot.
Very good condition, very clean with no staining. A few tiny signs of use around the edges. Fully functional and perfect to go with a set.
