A pretty and petite heart-shaped art glass dish with very precise controlled bubbles. Most likely Murano (Italy) due to the typical colouring and styling. Circa 1960s/1970s mid century vintage.
It has a golden amber (coppery) inner, with a green outer lip and casing. The internal bubbles are very precise and are very skilfully executed - the work of an artist. Not sure exactly who it may be attributed to. Typical retro Murano Glass ashtray shape (but probably too small to use). 
Very good condition with no chips. I can't see any bubbles out of place. There's some slight lines to the flat polished baseline (see last photo); the base has no obvious wear.  
Please note - it is small and perfectly formed. Just 7.8cm x 7.8cm x 3cm. A beautiful vintage curiosity, a small statement and masterpiece! Perfect as a gift and for display.
