A cool Modernist tripod candlestick...
I'm assuming this is a modern version of a 1970s Danish design for Dutch store De Bijenkorf, probably 'Yuri' by 'House by John Lewis' - see last photo. It's exactly the same shape and size of the vintage version, I would say an exact replica (google 'Bijenkorf aluminium candlestick'). There's no maker's marks.
It's coated cast aluminium, a lightweight metal. This version is a mid blue glossy colour (like the blue we used in the late 90s). A good statement size at a fraction under 30cm tall x 23cm wide. Three arms, three legs. It holds three standard tapered dinner candles - the holders' holes are 2.2cm wide internally.  It reminds me of the Alessi Juicy Salif squeezer... fab Atomic or Space Age design. 
Good useable and displayable condition, with a few little flakes of missing paint. See photos. These are quite hard to find so must have been a very limited run, circa 2000.
