A fabulous mid century Norwegian silver pendant, the iconic 'Planet' design by Willy Winnaess.
Willy worked with David Andersen in the 1960s and from about 1970-1975 he worked under his own name. This early 1970s round geometric openwork pendant features two small silver balls. The pendant is 44mm long x 32mm wide. The silver is Scandinavian quality 830 grade silver, on a 925 sterling chain. To the reverse it's marked 'W 830S'. It's on a shorter 14" silver 925 chain long necklace chain with spring ring closure. The whole design weighs 6 grams.
Very good condition. A perfect gift idea... fabulous Scandinavian design. The photos don't do it justice - it's a smart, classy, slimline and wearable pendant.
