A stylish pair of long Modernist salad or vegetable servers by Cathrineholm, Norway. From the Cathedral series designed by Grete Prytz Kittelsen and Arne Korsmo in 1958, Norway. 
Circa 1960s mid century vintage - they're that fab Modernist/Scandinavian/Danish type slick design; simple and stylised. Quality stainless steel with enamel concave inlay to the handles, the enamel is a deep teal blue.
Very good condition with no enamel chips, some signs of use on the steel. Both 29cm long and stamped to the backs (at with widest part of the handles, can just see in sunlight).
