A cool statement Modernist 1960s organic globular pewter pendant on a retro chain necklace. Handmade by Jorgen Jensen, Denmark, and stamped on the reverse with 'Jorgen Jensen 83 Denmark' (model number 83 - I can't find another like it). Jorgen Jenson (1895-1966) was son of Georg Jensen, renowned Danish silversmith.
The three-drop pendant is cast pewter with a flat back, it's a bit more freeform than many of his designs and like molten dripping metal. It's in a brutalist and modernist style. A large 60mm x 45mm x 7mm pendant. The original chunky necklace chain is steel (silver-coloured metal), it is vintage and non-adjustable and slip on; it's 26" long.
Very good condition for age, presentable, wearable and a perfect vintage gift idea. The pewter is a silver grey metal with a slight shine. The metal is soft so has a bit of natural aging. Looks great on! 
A fab alternative brutalist Jorgen Jensen piece.
