A great example of a textured jug vase by Fratelli Fanciullacci, Italy. Mid century 1950s to 1960s era. Pottery/ceramic with a textured off-white glaze, with carefully drawn black outlines depicting two stylised horses, with leaves and patterns filling every space. The infill colours are turquoise, glossy red, yellow, teal green, dusky pink. Patterned geometric yellow bands top and bottom. The curvy jug is hand signed on the base with '8574 Italy'. 
Very good collectable condition. No chips, minimal wear to the textured glaze in a few spots. 17.5cm tall x 10cm wide at the belly, 12.5cm widest with handle. Would hold a half dozen flower stems if used and is a fully functional jug. Perfect for a mid-century home and for a Fratelli Fanciullacci collector.
