A lovely vintage Isle of Wight Studio art glass paperweight... I'm pretty sure it's from the Kyoto range, in the Cherry colour, designed by Michael and Elizabeth Harris and produced from about 1982-1985. 
The clear glass paperweight is solid and egg-shaped, and the coating is opaque and slightly pearlescent white with random trails and spots in dark reds and pinks, dull green and other whites. The coating is like enamel. It's very similar to the Meadow Garden range from the same 1980s era. Mouth blown, handmade and unique. It has the original triangular sticker to the base, used until 1991. 
A larger sized egg - just under 11cm tall x 6.5cm wide. Great condition, as the artist intended. Has original sticker on the flat polished base.
