A vintage Scandinavian solid glass paperweight from Finland - produced by iittala. It's known as 'Glassblower' and features a stylised Nordic man blowing glass. Designed by Jorma Vennola circa 1978 and produced into the early 1980s. It maintains a complete old triangular iittala sticker to the bottom left.
Molded bright clear glass, most likely crystal content. Nicely made quality item, with relief 3D curvy detail/shapes to the front. Flat back, base and chunky curved smooth sides - can be stood upright or laid on its flat back. 
Good condition. A couple of fine small scratches, no chips. I'd give it a 8/10. Apx 8.5 x 6 x 3cm... the smaller version of the design.
