A Hornsea Brown Heirloom teapot from 1972. An iconic John Clappison design, British made. Stamped with the Hornsea logo and date on the base. Glossy chestnut brown with black geometric pattern over, with a matching brown lid. Simple straight-sided retro design.
Main teapot body is in excellent condition with no chips or crazing. Lid has external crazing or scratches, so has a few noticeable fine lines which catch the light, mostly to the very top part - see photos. Overall, good useable and displayable condition.
Apx 14.5cm tall x 21cm long x 13cm wide - quite sizeable and would hold around 2 pints.
All my prices include P&P to the UK.
