An original retro Karstadt record storage rack, made in Germany. Simple and stylish L-shaped moulded hard-plastic LP holder from the 1960s to 1970s. Karstadt is a German department store brand.
A lovely rigid plastic or melamine-like glossy orange unit. Rounded L-shape with three sub-dividers internally, creating four zones. Untested, but I reckon it would hold about 40+ vinyls. Would also hold 7" singles (or magazines) perfectly. Units like this look stunning side by side, or just used individually. Sealed over plastic holes which could be broken through for hanging the unit up. 
Very good condition for the age with no noticeable cracks, chips, splits. Some surface marks and scuffs to the outers, as many have. 31.5 x 31 x 18cm. A fab pop splash of colour!
