A fabulous vintage ceramic vase or candle holder, made by Flora Ceramics, Holland. It's in a West German or Jema style; an orange vase with a fine crackle glaze, with black and red hand painted patterns with bleeding edges. There are controlled stripes top and bottom and a stunning deep yellow inner. 
Circa 1970s vintage, it is design no 911 and is signed to the base 'Yellow Flora, Gouda, Holland, 911'. 13.5cm tall x 8.5cm wide cylinder, 6cm wide inner rim with shoulders that can hold a candle. Inner neck is about 2.5cm wide for about half a dozen stems.
Very good condition - perfect for a vintage, kitsch or mid-century home and great for halloween. No chips or cracks - the orange glaze is deliberately crazed. A nice example.
