A super little rich toffee amber art glass bowl, very much in an Erik Hoglund style, from the 1960s or so.
This is a rarer motif so is hard to find, and to find an accurate attribution. Please let me know if you know the exact artist, I had though it was Hoglund. Possibly made by Reijmyre or Lindshammar, copying Erik's style. The shape, size, technique, base and colouring are all very much Boda style. Made as part of an ashtray series.
Round with a dark orangy amber glass, with thick rounded rim and sides and embossed image to the centre. It's a simplified car horn image - a raised design on the bottom of the inside.
Very nice example in very good condition. A large natural bubble in the rim, see photos. Some moulding undulations/lines from manufacture.
8.8cm diameter x 2.5cm tall.
Price includes P&P to the UK.
