An 'atomic' era art pottery scoop vase by Dumler & Breiden, West Germany. It's a rounded oval shape with a scoop rim, model no 1278. Circa 1950s-1960s vintage. 
Matt olive or moss green with hand-drawn white glossy lines, with glossy dots of retro baby blue, pale pink and pale yellow at the intersections. Impressed on the pale clay base with the model number. Cream colour glaze internally. Multi-purpose - is it a bowl, vase or planter?
Vase is roughly 13 x 11.5cm and 11.5cm high. Internal rim 10 x 7cm. Very good condition with no chips. Minimal signs of age, see photos.
