A pair of retro stainless steel and textured glass Danish candle holders. Circa 1970s mid century modern. 
Each versatile two-part candle holder holds either a tapered dinner candle or a tealight or smaller pillar candle. The uppers are removable textured pressed glass, mounted on steel footed legs. Stamped to base with 'Stainless Steel 18/8 Denmark'. Stainless steel is polished with a sheen. The clear glass is lightly ice textured or dimpled externally. Unknown maker. 
13cm tall x 7.5cm wide bases. Inner glass is 5cm wide and lower hole is about 2cm wide. 
Very good condition with no damage to the pressed glass. Steel looks pretty good too with not many signs of use. 1970s Scandinavian in style, and perfect for a contemporary or minimalist/industrial interior.
