A fabulous handmade mid century Danish silver & amber pendant by Henning Ulrichsen, mounted on a silver snake chain... The handmade 1960s round pendant features a cabachon-set polished round Baltic amber stone with simple silver surround. The amber is a rich orangey red, a cross between a cherry and a cognac coloured amber, and is 19mm diameter (it has its natural inclusions and changes of colour within). The overall size of the modernist silver pendant is 23mm wide x 35mm long including its bail. The silver is all Scandinavian quality 925 sterling grade silver. To the reverse it's marked [HTU logo] '925S Handmade Denmark'. 
The snake chain is contemporary and is Italian 925 silver. It has a snap ring closure and is 17" long. Just the perfect length for the pendant. The whole design weighs 13 grams.
Very good condition, please see photos. Some very slight surface marks to the stone, not visible to the naked eye, and a very good shine to the silver. A perfect gift idea... fabulous Scandinavian design. It's a smart and classy mid century Danish pendant.
