A super clear art glass disc by Arabia/Finn Crystal, Finland. The relief design is a stylised owl surrounded by leaves, designed by Markku Salo. Circa 1980s-1990s vintage. 
Designed as a sun-catcher or window or wall hanging. The textured simplified lightly 3D design is on the upper surface, with raised features like his feet. The body of the peacock is etched/sandblasted to the reverse for contrast. Fab design, a Modernist or retro Scandi statement. 
It's roughly round and 23cm diameter. Crystal content handmade moulded glass (weighs 660g). It will need a cord so it can hang (there are two hanging holes to the top). 
Very good condition for age. From a series of similar birds and animals - there's more to collect.
