An Alessi 'Juicy Salif' citrus squeezer, designed by Philippe Starck and made in Italy. Designed in 1988 - this version is likely vintage from the 1990s.
The iconic tall slim tripod design is cast aluminium with a more satin grey/graphite finish. It is stamped with 'Alessi' along with the logo. The long, spider-like legs are tall enough to fit your glass underneath - ready to collect your lemon, orange or lime juice. 29.5cm tall x 12cm widest.
Good vintage condition. It has some signs of use and age with some dulling and ageing to the metal surface, but overall very striking and fun. Being vintage aluminium the finish is a pewter grey with shinier areas and and more patina patches. Probably more for display than for practical use - a greyer version than most.
