A fab larger sized turquoise art glass bowl designed by Erik Hoglund from the 1950s-1960s. Made by Boda, Sweden (later became Kosta Boda). The internal figure is a nude female's bust/portrait. It's a raised design on the bottom of the inside. Made as part of an ashtray series. This is turquoise with added white inside, making it opaque.
A good sized 10.8cm diameter x 3.3cm tallest. Round rich cyan blue glass with rounded wide rim and flat base. Some natural lines and ripples from being handmade and mouth blown. Very good condition. Just one teeny 2mm scratch to the rim. Weighs 600g.
