A pair of hand-painted mid-century Italian vases, most likely 1960s vintage...
Two small signed ceramic vases or pots with natural beige matt surface with hand painted matt dots of red, blue, yellow and black. The whole surface has been piped over with glossy white 3D trails. They have glossy white inners and a dipped rim. They're signed to the base with 'Febland'; Simman Febland was a distributor so these are most likely Deruta or ARS Artigiana origin, as these manufacturers used these white piped trail lines. Model number 519/12 (12 denoting 12cm tall). They're both the same, a matching pair, one is slightly duller than the other.
Both very good vintage condition. A small rim flake of missing glaze, see 4th photo, right hand vase. Small at 12cm tall x 8cm wide at the belly. They're great for display - perfect for a mid-century home and for a ceramics collector.
