A fab 1980s 'Brutus' art glass large fruit bowl by Wedgwood Glass, England....
Designed by Frank Thrower from Dartington Glass, it's model no FJT6/4. It was designed in 1982 and comes in its original box with care leaflet. It's hexagonal - with straight angular sides and flared upper. It has a flat polished rim with no chips or nibbles. It's Midnight Grey glass - a smoky retro grey with a 24% crystal content. Handmade in England.
Excellent condition for age with no signs of use. A couple of tiny manufacturing flaws. Roughly 18cm x 10cm and a very heavy 1.9kg.
It's a simple and classy 1980s art glass centrepiece bowl.
