A beautiful 1980s glossy black female figurine, wearing a tipped large brim hat. 
She's a glazed pottery figure. Unknown maker, but she looks to be a piece of nicely made moulded studio pottery (red clay), which is signed '46' to the base. Very glossy black reflective glaze. With stylised features she's very much in a 1980s Art Deco revival or post-modernist style. A nicely made sculpture.
26cm tall. A medium size, perfect for a mantelpiece or shelf. 
Very good condition with no chips. There's a slight flaw in the glaze to the back of her skirt (bottom of photo five). She's lovely, and so typically 80s!!
