A Whitefriars 'Glacier' textured beer glass, model no M144 - from the 1978 and 1980 catalogues. It's similar to the Snowflake design, but the texture is more exaggerated and like the funky bark vases of the time. A large 1-pint full lead crystal (FLC) textured glass. It has parallel sides, rough bark textures and the typical Whitefriars pontil to the base. 13.3cm tall x 9.3cm wide base. Being lead crystal it's heavy at 850g and has a lovely crystal ring to it. Clear and quality mouth blown and moulded glass, textured with a bark-like patterns on the outsides. Likely designed by Geoffrey Baxter. Very good clean condition with no chips or cracks or sharp bits. 0.57 litres capacity, or 1 pint. P&P included to the UK.
