A funky art glass vase designed by Vladislav Urban for Rosice in 1968. I think it's called 'Abstract' and is model number 617. This is likely to be late 1960s or 1970s vintage.
Clear pressed/moulded glass, the surface is maze-like with a series of softened bumps/ridges/lines/right angles. This is the 8" (20cm) tall square rectangular vase. It' a decent size to hold a dozen or so longer stems, if used. The design is often mistaken for a similar maze vase by Vizner for Hermanova Glassworks.
19.5 x 8 x 8cm (square rectangular with straight sides). Very heavy thick glass - weighs 1.3kg. Very good condition with some small signs of use - one tiny nick to a rim corner and one sharp corner - all very hard to see. Some moulding lines and bubbles from manufacture.
Price includes P&P to the UK.
