XL Murano Mandruzzato multi-faceted bowl/dish/ashtray, vintage retro 60's/70's art glass. 1.5kg, red/amber/turquoise sommerso.

An extra large and heavy Murano sommerso art glass dish. Made in Italy, most likely Mandruzzato.
It's hexagonal from above, with triangular and diamond shaped cut (faceted) sides, tapering down to a hexagonal base.
There's 24 cut sides (4 x 6), which reflect the light in an amazing way.
It's deep ruby red internally with a layer of amber floating colour (sommerso). The outer clear glass is turquoise blue.

I'm guessing it's 1960's as it's typical colouring of a vintage Murano.
Hand made. Two resting channels for a cigarette.

8.5cm tall x 14cm wide.
1.5kg - quite a chunk of glass!

Great condition...
One chip on the inner upper rim, apx 4mm, and one teeny nibble, otherwise amazing.
Base is clean and flat and polished and great condition.
