A lovely bright tangerine orange bark textured vase by Geoffrey Baxter, circa 1960s. Whitefriars Glass, British. Model no 9729.

It's petite at just shy of 6" (14.5cm) and 4.2cm diameter at base and 3.5cm at rim - so very slightly flared. The tangerine is cased in clear glass at the base - the orange is particularly bright and zingy! Quite thin glass to the rim, rounded rim rather than flat so probably an earlier example.

Great condition for age and era, please see photos. No chips or scratches that I can see. No water staining. Base is in great condition. Fab collectable condition!
