Whitefriars art glass vase 9539 Arctic Blue 7" vase. 1960s vintage/retro mid century, British. Tapering bottom-heavy modernist, 1960-1970

A lovely vintage Whitefriars art glass vase, model number 9539. The model and the Arctic Blue colour-way dates if from about 1960 to 1970 - so from that mid century 1960s era with a Scandi look.

A bottom-heavy tapering vase: 7 1/3" tall (18.5cm) with a round rim of 4.5cm, 7.5cm widest near the base. Flat polished rim and base. The blue is smoky/ducky pale blue.

Very good condition for age and era, please see all photos. No chips, a microscopic fleabite to the outer rim. It has a number of internal bubbles from being handmade mouth blown.
