A striking zingy orange and teal 'fat lava' era vase by Dumler and Breiden, West Germany. Circa 1960s to 1970s, it's model no 103/15 - the 15 denotes 15cm tall, so a mid size.

Glossy orange with glossy teal contrast (petrol/peacock blue green), black textured fat lava glossy overlaid patterns and outlines. The upper and lower sections have contrasting matte off-white finely speckled glaze. Gloss brown/black interior. Stamped to base with '103/15 Germany'. The vase is a slim hourglass or waisted shape, suitable for a good dozen stems if used.

Very good collectable condition with no chips. One burst bubble inside one teal circle, see photos. 15.5 tall x 8.5cm diameter at the wider rim (6.8cm wide at the narrower base).
