A vintage wooden fish for your wall...

He's handmade and carved in a stylised mid century style. Unknown age and era and origin - likely to be 1970s. He's been hand carved from a solid piece of hardwood - the grain looks like teak but it's slightly too pale. Subtle natural sheen. Designed as a flat back wall hanging with a hook to the reverse, he sits flush to the wall.

A good size: 29cm long x 16cm tall x just 1.5cm deep. Good condition, some subtle flakes of missing wood off some ends of fins, nothing noticeable. Photos don't do him justice - taken on a dull day (he's a warm sandy colour).
